Acrostic poem
I am learning how to write an acrostic poem. I know that I start each sentence with a letter of the subject. I wrote about myself.

Bird pillow
For our Art Exhibition this year we learnt how to sketch a bird. The final drawing was transferred onto calico and dye was added. The bird was glued onto a pillow that Mrs Scott and Mrs Worsfold had sewn. Don't they look great!

Elm Park 50th Birthday Party
We launched our Celebration Inquiry with a huge party for Elm Park School. This year our school will turn 50! We had a great day with our school friends and our whanau.
Henry said," We had a birthday party. I liked all the games and the cookie was so nice. I blew big bubbles and did the parachute so high."
